External wall insulation and façade: done once.

“Zero maintenance”, says the manufacturer Imarvi: porcelain stoneware keeps its appearance unchanged over time.

How it works

One panel, two functions.

Isogres is an innovative insulation system for façades and for exterior and interior cladding, offered by Imarvi Design. It consists of porcelain stoneware slabs coupled with panels of EPS, graphite-enhanced EPS and rock wool. This solution is an efficient and attractive alternative for the thermal insulation of buildings. Isogres stands out for its ease of use and its effectiveness, able to meet the needs of the architecture and construction world. Thanks to its innovative technology, Isogres presents itself as a revolutionary, ready-to-use solution, able to guarantee a high level of thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as considerable resistance to weathering and mechanical stress.

The advantages of Isogres

What your façade gains.

The seven advantages as presented by Imarvi, the manufacturer.

Thermal insulation

The many available thicknesses of the insulating layers, such as EPS, XPS, rock wool and aerogel, ensure optimal thermal insulation suitable for most projects.

Easy installation

The panel comes ready: it only needs to be applied with the specified mortar and anchors, then the joints are sealed. All on the same day and by the same installation team.

Aesthetics

More than 20 colours, 4 surface finishes and 3 aesthetic effects inspired by natural surfaces give maximum freedom of style and design.

Resistance

Thanks to its extreme hardness, porcelain stoneware protects the façade from bad weather, hail and occasional impacts.

Acoustic insulation

Through its mass, the outer layer of porcelain stoneware helps to improve the acoustic insulation of the wall.

Zero maintenance

No demanding or costly maintenance work will be needed: porcelain stoneware keeps its appearance unchanged over time.

Safety

Isogres can also be installed on high-rise façades because, in addition to the adhesive that firmly bonds the two layers (insulation and stoneware) and the mortar that joins Isogres to the wall, special metal safety hooks are provided on every panel.

The panel in detail

Formats, thicknesses and finishes.

The data published by Imarvi, the manufacturer, on its website, in its system presentations and in its official video.

Build

Supplied as a bonded semi-finished panel: adhesion between stoneware and insulation is ensured by a certified structural adhesive that keeps its stability and performance even after cutting on site.

Insulation options

EPS, graphite-enhanced EPS and rock wool; Imarvi also mentions XPS and aerogel.

Graphite EPS

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) with added graphite, density 150 kg/m³.

Thicknesses

6 to 18 cm.

Formats

120 × 60 cm and 60 × 60 cm.

Finishes

More than 20 colours, 4 surface finishes and 3 effects inspired by natural surfaces; stone, concrete, wood and metal effects; customisation possible at the designer’s request.

Declared thermal conductivity

Insulation: 0.032 W/(m·K).

Anti-condensation groove

Built in, it prevents interstitial condensation and improves the durability of the wall.

Thermal bridges

Combining insulation and stoneware significantly reduces thermal bridges while keeping a uniform surface temperature.

Concealed mechanical hook

It ensures an extremely strong structural bond between the masonry substrate and Isogres.

Cutting

The panel is worked with standard porcelain stoneware tools.

On site

In Imarvi’s tests, a 12 cm Isogres panel was cut, fitted and installed in under 8 minutes, with perfect adhesion between stoneware and insulation.

Certifications

Certified and tested materials.

“One of Imarvi’s strengths is its continuous research to improve the quality of the product and of the production processes in line with current standards. That is why all the materials that make up Isogres are certified and tested to guarantee the best quality for the customer.”Imarvi Design
