The water stays out, your building stays sound.
Flat roofs, terraces, basements, garages or walk-in showers: we diagnose, waterproof and repair throughout French-speaking Switzerland (Vaud, Geneva, Valais, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura and the Bernese Jura), using torch-applied bituminous membranes, resins and injections.
A leak never stops on its own.
Water that gets through damaged waterproofing reaches the slab, the insulation and the walls. It rusts the reinforcement, makes coverings swell and encourages mould. The longer you wait, the bigger the repair.
- Protecting the structure: concrete, reinforcement and insulation
- Avoiding damage to your home and your neighbours’
- Keeping a healthy interior, free from damp and mould
- Acting at the right time costs less than a late repair

Nine skills, the same rigour.
Torch-on waterproofing
Torch-applied bituminous membranes, laid continuously and connected to the upstands.
Resin floors
Seamless poured coatings, watertight and easy to clean, for garages, cellars or plant rooms.
Resin injections
To seal cracks and stop water ingress in concrete and masonry.
Flat roofs
New waterproofing or complete renewal, including junctions, parapets and drains.
Terraces and balconies
Waterproofing under the tiles or exposed, so that water no longer leaks through to the neighbour below.
Basements
Below-ground walls and base slabs protected against damp and groundwater.
Garages and car parks
Slabs and ramps protected against water, de-icing salt and wear.
Lift pits
Dry pits, sealed against rising damp and seepage.
Walk-in showers
A continuous waterproofing under the tile, from the drain to the wall upstands.

What we are often asked.
How do I know if my waterproofing needs redoing?
Damp patches on the ceiling or at the base of walls, joints coming loose, tiles that sound hollow, white efflorescence: these are signs that should be checked. A diagnosis finds the cause before any work is started.
Do the terrace tiles have to be removed?
Not always. Depending on the condition of the substrate and the cause of the leak, a partial repair or new waterproofing laid over the existing layer may be enough. We will tell you after the site visit.
Bituminous membrane or resin: what to choose?
Torch-applied bituminous membrane is the classic solution for flat roofs and terraces; resin is suited to trafficked surfaces, complex shapes and garage floors. The choice depends on the substrate and the use.
Can water ingress be stopped in an existing basement?
Yes, often by injection of resin into cracks or joints, from inside, without excavating. External waterproofing is sometimes necessary.
How long does the work take?
From a few days for a shower or balcony to a few weeks for a flat roof or car park. The schedule is set out in the quotation, taking the weather into account.
